When you choose private cremation, your pet is cremated individually—never alongside others—so the ashes returned to you are theirs alone.

What to Expect

Arrival at your home

We arrive at the scheduled time in a quiet, unmarked vehicle. If you need a few moments before we begin, we’ll give you that space and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you and your family.

Gentle transfer into our care

Your pet is carefully placed on a soft stretcher or bedding and carried from your home with steadiness and attention.

Transportation and intake

Your pet is transported to our facility, where identification and documentation are confirmed. From this point forward, they remain continuously accounted for with traceable documentation throughout our process.

Cremation and aftercare

Whether you choose communal or private cremation, you can expect our same high standards.

With communal cremation, your pet is cremated alongside other pets. Their ashes are respectfully scattered at sea with in-season flowers, off the coast of San Diego. The time and coordinates of ashes spreading are available upon request.

With private cremation, your pet is cremated individually, and their ashes are returned to you.

Return of ashes and memorial items

If you choose private cremation, we coordinate the return of your pet’s ashes and any memorial items to your home. All details are reviewed in advance to ensure accuracy and completeness
