Dexter
Read Dexter's Memory
After 11 beautiful years with the most incredible dog, and about 14 months of health struggles, Dexter let us know he was ready. We aren’t lucky enough to have children yet, but Dexter filled that space in our hearts and will always be my baby boy.
Over the years, so many people got to meet him—and everyone who did has a story. He was truly one of a kind, the smartest dog you’d ever meet. He could do puzzles, knew his colors, and always understood exactly what you were saying. Now that he’s gone, the house feels so quiet, and I know his sister Kelsie will miss him just as deeply as we do.
I’ll never forget his sweet face—or how we’d joke about his “model face.” I know he’s in doggy heaven now, still serving up looks. We were so lucky he could go peacefully at home, enjoying a steak right before. For the circumstances, it was the best gift we could give him.
We love you so much, Dexter. Thank you for 11 years of unconditional love and joy. I’ll carry you in my heart forever. ❤️

Molly Bear
Read Molly's Memory
Molly was a very loving and sweet girl. She was a mix of Black Lab, German Shepherd and wolf. When she heard a siren she would stand in the yard and howl. It was so cute to see her do that. She’s running in Heaven with her best friend, who passed 3 years ago. She now sleeps on our headboard with her friend. Our hearts are broken, but we still have her memories to hold on to. Love and miss you, Molly Bear. See you again, my baby.🕯️🕯️💔💔

She She Bee was the sweetest, silliest, most loving girl there was. She loved sunbathing, sleeping, and eating anything in sight. She was a late addition to our family but was a perfect fit with her two sisters. We miss her so much but know that she is now able to eat all the hotdogs her little heart desires. Your mom’s love you Bee❤️

Martian
Read Martian's Memory
15 1/2 years ago, we picked up a puppy that a couple found lost in the street. We took her home and named her Martian, after a song from our favorite band, The Red Hot Chili Peppers. She was the bit of chaos we needed in our otherwise calm space. And just like the little alien creature she was, we knew one day we would have to let her travel back to the planet she came from and we will be forever grateful for the love of a Martian🛸🐾

Cholula

Fiona “Fifi”
Read Fiona's Memory
She is the only pet we’ve ever had that couldn’t be more excited about “going to bed.” Hearing those words would give her utter happiness and joy.
She will be missed by her family and best buddy, Bruno, who is trying to find himself after having her in his life since he was six months old. They were truly best friends.
We will never forget our Fiona “Fifi” Flores. We will leave the bedroom light on for you, girl.
Fiona, we love you and will always miss you! Go get those squirrels and raccoons.

Jett
Read Jett's Memory
We had almost 11 wonderful years with Jett. He wasn’t just a pet; he was a member of our family. We always called him the perfect dog. He was the perfect mix of protective and family-loving. We brought him home when he was just 8 weeks old—he was our daughter’s 5th birthday present. He loved our girls so very much and was always so patient. Most people would be scared of him when they first met him, but soon would realize he was a big ol’ teddy bear.
His favorite toy was a stuffed mallard duck that we had to replace countless times, along with a green and blue ball that he would squeak incessantly—often until it drove you mad. He loved car rides, visiting Grandpa and Grandma’s house, playing in the water, and prancing around with the biggest branch he could find. His personality was our favorite part about him.
About 13 months ago, he had a spinal stroke that made him unable to use his back legs. At the time, we didn’t know how much longer we’d have with him. But being the strong guy that he was, we were lucky to get another 13 months. Although he spent those months dragging himself around happily, he eventually wasn’t able to even do that. His health declined, and he let us know that he was tired.
I know for a fact that he is no longer burdened by his broken body and is running again. I am thankful that he was able to transition at home, surrounded by his family and an immense amount of love and comfort. I am beyond thankful to Serene Passages and Dr. Scott for making that possible.

Francis
Read Francis's Memory
He never missed a Bullymake Box delivery, and somehow managed to steal everyone’s blanket and personal space without lifting a paw. Whether he was being dramatic for attention or snoring like a freight train, Francis kept life interesting—and full of love.
There’s truly no replacing our sweet Fran Fran (aka Mr. Banans, aka Mr. Banan-nan). We’ll miss him forever, but we hope he’s somewhere cozy, surrounded by treats, squirrels, and endless belly rubs.
We love you, Francis- until we meet again.

We were blessed to have Zelda in our lives for 17 years. She was perpetually boisterous, with an ear splitting bark and energy to match. Offered a treat or a walk, she would prefer the walk, and was thrilled by the adventure that those walks brought. She cared for and was deeply devoted to her dog mom, dog dad, and her siblings. We loved her dearly and we miss her terribly. Whatever comes afterwards, we know we will see her again.
We are very grateful for the sincere kindness that Dr. Ramirez showed her at the end.

Maxwell “Max” was our sweet boy. We rescued his Momma not knowing at the time that she was pregnant and we welcomed our girl Molly and also got our adorable Max 45 days later. That was 12 years ago. Max was loving and had those trusting eyes and sweet face. He followed me everywhere. He had his own Quirky personality and he would prance around the yard like the little prince he was. Our hearts are broken without him, and his Momma Molly misses her little guy who was her constant companion since he was born. We miss Max so much. We will forever love him and the sweet memory of having the honor of being loved by him and being his parents will be in our hearts always!

Mya was a rescue from a shelter we adopted her and her brother in 2011. Mya was the runt of the litter but always was a little feisty. She always brought so much joy to us and our children and grandchildren. She was tough to her last days. We miss and always love you.

Mya
Read Bruno's Memory
Bruno was a puppy that I found on the streets 15 years ago. At first he was very skittish and was scared of absolutely everything. Over time he began to open up to us and became a normal dog that loved running, taking naps and especially snacking on any food he could find. We took him across the country twice and he visited so many states seeing different things like his first toad! He was the sweetest dog with everyone and loved licking feet. He was loyal and very calm his entire life. He was apart of me. Apart of my every day life for over a decade & I just miss him so much.

In Loving Memory of Havana
Havana came into my life when she was 4 months old. I immediately fell in love with her. She became my faithful, loyal companion. She was always by my side. She brought some much joy and laughter to my life. She was a sassy, spunky little thing. And sometimes so stubborn! I will miss her talking to me, greeting me at the door when I arrived home, playing and cuddling with her favorite toy, snuggling with me, her being a spoiled diva and so much more. Rest easy my sweet girl. I love and miss you so much.

Bella
Read Bella's Memory
Sixteen years ago, we welcomed Bella into our lives from an animal shelter, and she quickly became an irreplaceable part of our family. From the moment we brought her home, Bella’s gentle spirit and unwavering loyalty filled our hearts with joy and love.
Bella had a unique way of making every day brighter. Her playful antics, warm cuddles, and those soulful eyes that seemed to understand everything we felt, brought comfort and happiness to our lives. She was more than just a pet; she was a confidant, a companion, and a source of endless love.
Throughout the years, Bella stood by our side through thick and thin. She celebrated our triumphs and offered solace during our toughest times. Her presence was a constant reminder of the simple joys in life and the power of unconditional love.
As we say goodbye to Bella, we hold onto the countless memories we shared. Her paw prints will forever be etched in our hearts, and her legacy of love will continue to inspire us. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will always remain a cherished part of our family.
Rest in peace, my dear beloved Bella. You will be missed more than words can express, but your memory will live on in our hearts forever.

Zylie Bear
Read Zylie Bear's Memory
Zylie Bear is an American Bulldog that lived to the ripe old age of 14. We rescued her when she was about 1 year old. Before she ended up at the shelter she was found tied up behind a vacant building with no food or water. We took her in and at first it was a difficult transition to integrate her into our home as she had dog aggression towards my Boxer Pitbull mix Xerxes. Eventually we overcame this and they were the best of friends and inseparable. Zylie lived a full life of hikes, walks, runs, car rides, all the food she could eat and of course a ton of love! She was a wonderful pet, friend, companion and fierce guardian. Thanks to Serene Passages Zylie Bear died peacefully and with dignity in my arms Jan 28th 2025 at our home. I like to believe All Dogs go to heaven as they are indeed deserving of such. She will be missed and forever loved! I do pray her and Xerxes have United again and are playing freely, rough housing and being Dogs. We love you Zylie Bear and you will be greatly missed! Thank you for your loyalty, love and protection! We love you!

King Louie AKA Louie
Read Louie's Memory
Our precious Louie has been our companion for over 16 years and we loved and cherished him as part of our family. He made me realize something – that these beautiful pet spirits enter our lives to comfort us. Their love teaches us so much…how to be forgiving and compassionate and patient. They are truly proof of our humanity and capacity to give and accept love. They are our teachers of that. I think that is why, when they are no longer present it is so sad and leaves a hole in our lives. I want to thank louie for his unconditional love and wish him a beautiful and peaceful passing, he will be remembered always.
